The Training Instructional Systems Designer/Developer will plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training courseware to support internal and customer training program requirements.
The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) may be involved in any or all parts of the Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (P-ADDIE) processes. The ISD will partner with a broad range of technical personnel and must be able to understand technical requirements, standards, specifications, etc. The ISD will be required to analyze operation or maintenance procedures of an organization/program and identify training required to help optimize performance. The ISDs responsibility will be to strategically design and develop informational content in a required training product format to facilitate learning.
