LinkedIn Media Productions (LMP) is LinkedIn’s in-house production company that drives engagement of our employees, customers and members through inspirational videos and world- class live productions. We are seeking a Strategy Lead, EMEA & APAC with extensive media experience to join our team. This individual will be based in our Dublin, Ireland Office.
The successful candidate will have experience working in media with corporate clients, creating branded content, developing distribution strategies and determining success metrics. If you have deep expertise working in a fast-paced production environment and a background delivering engaging and impactful videos, shows and events, then this role is for you
Responsibilities:
– Lead daily Strategy and Account operations, including project intake, writing SLAs and Creative Briefs, developing Roadmap Planning and Impact Reports and leading partner relations, communications, and project retrospectives for EMEA and APAC region
– Work cross-collaboratively to help drive business strategy development, assess market trends and evolve, track and analyze key metrics that will help inform new areas of opportunities.
– Lead key accounts and projects for EMEA and APAC regions,supporting the development of long-term studio and regional media strategy
– Stay informed on company-wide strategic goals and be an ace at connecting dots across teams and initiatives to ensure alignment and brand messaging.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, internal partners and our production team.
– Work with internal production and vendor teams to ensure all media deliverables are on brief and in scope and lead smaller projects as needed.
– While leveraging our global team, identify, develop and optimize improvements around workflows and to drive efficiencies through processes that help the team scale our work while maintaining a strong local presence and responsiveness to our partners.
– Update and maintain internal accounts and project management system, including regular data entry, creating reports and developing slide decks
– Stay up-to-date on market and media trends
– Contribute to an atmosphere of collaboration with an emphasis on delivering top notch results, while consistently representing LinkedIn Media Productions in a professional manner
– Responsible for leading and overseeing all Studios and Production spaces across the EMEA region.
Basic Qualifications:
– 5+ years in management consulting or strategic planning
– 4+ years Account Management experience
– 2+ years Media/Creative Agency/Production experience
Preferred Qualifications:
– Extremely well organized and able to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously, under tight and competing deadlines.
– Experience working with cross-functional teams on large scale projects with ability to influence internal stakeholders at varying levels to support business goals.
Strategic thinker able to see the big picture and connect dots
– Excellent writing, communication, presentation, interpersonal, networking and time management skills.
– Adept at writing SLA’s and Creative Briefs is a must.
– Experience working with Executive Teams is a plus.
– Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development Experience a plus.
– Social Media Marketing and analytics experience is a plus.
– Background in Live and/or Video Production is a plus
– Proficiency with the AirTable Project Management platform is a plus.
– You are willing to engage in potential travel.
– You are a true team player and are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in as needed to help the team.
