The Resource Planning Team leads Trust & Safety’s workforce planning, forecasting, and operational guidance. As the Operational Planning Data Lead for TnS Resource Planning, you will be responsible for analyzing historical data, multiple data sources, and KPIs to design processes to preserve and provide transparency for Operational Planning.
This role plays a crucial part in helping optimize budget, ramp planning, resource prioritization and operational performance through forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time monitoring.
Responsibilities:
• Reconciliation and automation of people data across multiple systems and file types to create a single source of truth for all attributes regarding an operational employee.
• Automate people changes in operational data tables and systems.
• Manage SmartSync process for onboarding, offboarding, and mass changes in NICE/IEX
• Design, develop and deploy process to capture key KPIs and operational planning data to build a historical repository for Operational Planning and Analysis.
• Analyze and develop processes to compare various forecasts to actuals, iterating process improvements towards automation.
• Understanding of WFM key metrics and industry definitions to ensure operational application aligns with industry standards.
• Mentoring junior staff on analysis craftsmanship & best practices of RP/WFM Data including SQL, MS Power Platform, data structure and visualization of information.
• Design and implementation of Workforce Data Archival process.
• Develop process to maintain data integrity for reporting while allowing flexibility for actioning on data in production environments.
• Maintain historical headcount and key planning assumption data to inform future forecasts models.
• Reconcile data discrepancies & ops understanding with Data Science (DS) and Tools teams.
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years in an analytical, engineering or data management role
• BA/BS Degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years in an analytical, engineering or data management role
• 5+ years experience in SQL, SSIS, and ETL processes
• Experience with workforce management software and tools (e.g. WFM software, Excel, data analysis tools) particularly extracting data.
• Knowledge of workforce management principles, operations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle large datasets and manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $178,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
