This role will be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager on the Online Jobs team to lead product growth. This is a unique opportunity to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to help more small-businesses (SMBs) discover and try Online Jobs for self-service hiring. Millions of members are trying to hire on the LinkedIn app at any given moment and need our help. In this high-impact, high visibility role, you’ll own the strategy and roadmap for how we identify and engage SMB hiring managers, while also validating new ways to build relationships with them over time and leverage LinkedIn’s unique professional network for acquisition. The ideal candidate is someone with a consumer or product growth background; and a growth mindset who savors new challenges and is not afraid to take them head on.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop our vision, strategy and product roadmap to help more small-business hiring managers discover and try Online Jobs
• Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customer feedback, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive discovery and adoption
• Develop a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to deliver on business growth goals
• Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing Product Requirements Documents) of new features and enhancements
• Work cross-functionally and with the Product Development team to bring features live to the site for hundreds of millions of users to discover
• Cross-functional team leadership including stakeholder alignment and excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences toi bring features live to the site and grow business impact through member value
• Clearly communicate and drive alignment of product strategy to internal stakeholders; clearly communicate product benefits to members

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
• Consumer and/or product growth experience
• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building software products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
• Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer and productivity app usage including experience with conversational and knowledge sharing products
• Experience driving AI/machine learning requirements to enhance member-facing user experiences
• Insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset, including the ability to lead teams by this example
• Bias towards action and getting things done
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
• Takes intelligent risks and able to influence key stakeholders
• Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
