Job Description

This means you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or you can work remotely from most locations within the country listed for this role.
We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Business Intelligence and Data Foundations to help build and scale operational analytics, data foundations, and reporting capabilities for LinkedIn’s Customer Success operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of data foundations and reporting solutions that are (a) purpose-built for our stakeholders, (b) future-proofed for a rapidly changing customer success landscape, (c) scalable across all lines of business, and (d) designed to enable scaled optimization and to surface actionable insights to the right people at the right time.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on large cross-functional programs requiring close collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling business partners across global Customer Success teams across the LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) and LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) businesses to make informed decisions, manage risks, and identify opportunities across multiple business areas. Furthermore, you will own the central reporting infrastructure, core data foundations and other exciting analytics related initiatives.
The team is looking for a motivated individual with a solid business intelligence and/or data engineering background, strong leadership skills, a passion for learning, and energy to foster close partnerships with cross-functional business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and dashboard development skills to be able to develop, maintain, and improve current data assets. The candidate should also have strong analytical skills and be adept at deriving, distilling and articulating actionable business insights from large amounts of data.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
