This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, Chicago, Detroit, or Omaha.
The Technology Enablement team is part of LinkedIn’s Go-to-Market-Enablement (GTME) organization and is responsible for driving the adoption and enablement of technology solutions across the Global Business Organization (GBO). This includes our Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, and Customer Success teams. Our mission is to empower the GBO to leverage our internal processes and technology more effectively, enabling them to be more successful and productive in their roles. We strategically partner with teams across the GBO to embed technology as a catalyst behind the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver value to our members and customers.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Adoption team within Technology Enablement. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the intersection of content creation, process improvement, and learning strategy to drive best-in-class technical learning for our Sales, Customer Success, and Global Operations organizations.. Your primary focus will be leading a team responsible for tool productivity learning opportunities, managing on-demand resources and documentation, and developing in-tool user support. Additionally, you will also be responsible for developing and managing the strategy for our Learning Enablement ecosystem, ensuring that our teams have access to the resources they need to succeed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving successful learning initiatives within a technology-focused organization. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a deep understanding of content creation, process improvement, and learning strategy. Additionally, you should be able to effectively manage and motivate a team to achieve their goals and drive results.

The pay range for this role is $134,000 to $205,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
