We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner, reporting to the Snr Director, Compensation & Benefits EMEA & LatAm. You will contribute to the development and implementation of region-wide C&B strategies, practices and processes. You will be a key influencer for our HR Business Partners and other stakeholders in the business.
As a result of LinkedIn’s ongoing growth, the ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic organizations, has multi-country Compensation & Benefits experience and a proven track record of key stakeholder management at senior levels as well as being highly competent in the use of analytical tools and practices, as we are a data driven organization.
