The Employee Experience team at LinkedIn is seeking an energetic program manager to join the team and focus on delivering inspiring events and programs in our Bay Area offices (San Francisco and Mountain View). At LinkedIn the Employee Experience team creates inspirational and transformational employee experiences that reinforce LinkedIn’s culture and inspires employees to be active participants in creating and nurturing that culture.
In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to both strategy and execution of our Bay Area Employee Experience programs. Our Employee Experience programs include our InDay program (once a month we give back to employees to invest, inspire and to innovate), milestone events, Culture Champion Events, Year End Events, Office Socials, Alumni events and R&D events.
Our ideal candidate will enjoy working with employees and cross functional partners at all levels of the organization and be energized by being a part of a fast-moving, creative team. They’ll be passionate about using their skills to amplify our culture and drive results in a hybrid environment.

The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
