The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS), Go-To– Market Enablement Team is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant to drive our Leadership Development and Coaching strategy. This person will work directly with our sales team to further develop their skills and knowledge to drive growth and deliver customer value. The Leadership Development Consultant will be responsible for enhancing and operationalizing a culture of coaching across the Marketing Solutions sales organization.
THE GO-TO-MARKET ENABLEMENT (GTME) TEAM: GTME team owns the business relationships and drives enablement strategy. Our global remit is to enable and empower the field and sales managers in their region/segment to do the best work of their careers. We raise the bar in how we think about Sales Excellence and to embrace learning and growth across Sales Competencies, Sales Methodology, Sales Process and Sales Coaching. This team is essential to making learning land, stick, and drive meaningful value for our global business.
THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT ROLE: As the owner of the Leader Journey, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be embedded in the business as the Coach’s Coach and Sales Leadership subject matter expert – acting as a trusted partner to Sales Leaders and Managers. This person will partner with LMS Sales Leadership to drive learning effectiveness and business impact across the globe in LMS. This role is an extension of the sales leadership team and is a SME and consultant on leadership development and coaching strategy. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about learning (and reinforcement), they possess the ability to coach and teach, they have deep business acumen and build strong relationships with our sales leaders, they are energetic around owning end-to-end programs themselves and they are innovative, future-focused thinkers. This person needs to be comfortable operating in ambiguity with open-mindedness, agility, positivity, and a continuous commitment to iterating and improving. They are strategic and systemic thinkers who get stuff done! They provide key input into the Central Global Coaching Team to ensure that Coaching and Development programs are being built in a way that will best drive value in-market. They will be responsible for building strong coaches and operationalizing the global foundational coaching programs in LMS.

The pay range for this role is $134,000 to $205,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
