We are looking for a Distinguished Technical Program Manager with experience working across organizations to build highly scalable hardware & software systems and platforms.
As a Distinguished Technical Program Manager with the Core Engineering group, you will partner with several of the most senior engineers at LinkedIn to lead the development and delivery of cross-functional, enterprise-wide technology & infrastructure programs. You will play a key role in driving LinkedIn’s next generation of platforms and infrastructure and realizing business impact. The successful candidate will be a highly-organized technology leader with experience in building & delivering highly scalable systems and platforms including compute, storage and machine learning infrastructure. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide engineers & teams across the company to solve big problems.
Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives in enterprise software, systems infrastructure, security and privacy and other company-wide programs.
Drive alignment on product, technology strategy & roadmap with senior engineering leaders across the organization, and influence key decisions
Build relationships at all levels and work in a cross-functional team set up with distributed ownership. Partner with teams across the enterprise to foster a culture of collaboration.
Promote and drive best practices for definition, execution and delivery of products and technology
Manage risk, develop mitigation plans, lead issue resolutions and provide governance
Provide mentorship and coaching to other senior engineering & TPM talent
Establish a culture that values diverse viewpoints while navigating complex decisions
Assume hands-on leadership, especially when helping teams resolve complex problems
Basic Qualifications:
• BS in a relevant field or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading high-impact, cross-company initiatives and large scale development projects from concept to production.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS in EE/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
12+ years experience in building large-scale systems infrastructure and distributed systems with at least 5 of those years in senior technical program management leadership roles.
Domain expertise, particularly in hardware, networks, compute, storage, security and/or machine learning

The pay range for this role is $201,000 to $330,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
