Job Description
The Customer Success Managers (CSM) partner closely with Account Director (ADs) from the Sales Team to achieve a significant return on investment and drive business success with their LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) investment. The CSM collaborates with the account team to focus on post sales stages, managing customer relationships and partnering with the Account Director (AD) to maximize customer value in accordance with customer service tier. The CSM helps customers achieve their business objectives through account level onboarding, metric-driven discussions and Talent solutions product advisory for priority accounts.
