Lime is hiring a temporary compensation consultant to assist with our annual year-end planning process for a period of approximately 6-9 months.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading the annual year-end compensation planning process. You will work closely with the Senior Compensation Analyst on the year-end process and other ad hoc projects. You’re energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.
This is a 6 to 9 month contract position reporting to the Head of Total Rewards.

About You
The anticipated salary range for this position is $104,000.00 to $173,000.00. Benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate’s location of residence.
