Service Area: Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment
Salary: Start at $85k with a $3,000 Sign on Bonus!
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a weekend rotation

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to perform home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on end of life education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of recent LTC experience in an ALF/MC/SNF setting. One year of hospice care experience preferred.
Experience and desire to perform direct patient care necessary
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Minnesota Nursing License
Possess and maintain valid DMV License & Car Insurance
Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
