VP Human Capital Management Business Enterprise Services is accountable for managing a multi-disciplinary team within an integrated, multi-functional business enterprise services environment. This role will lead interaction across numerous capabilities, including, but not limited to, Time/Attendance & Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations (e.g., license renewal and related disciplinary action monitoring, compliance, and regulatory reporting), Performance & Career Development, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HRIS / People Analytics. Additionally, this Leader will be responsible for managing key strategic relationships, including the Executive Vice President Human Resources, Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer, President Enterprise Business Services, General Counsel, Regional HCM Directors, local site HCM leaders and other functional leaders.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in human capital management or related field
Master’s degree in human capital management or business administration with a human resources concentration preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Ten (10) years of progressive experience in a human resource leadership role
Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
N/A
Extensive overnight travel (over 50%) by land and/or air.
