Gorans Brothers is looking to fill a part time position for an Administrative Accounting Specialist. We are a family owned and operated turkey farm, feed mill, and cropping operation with flexible hours and great benefits. The Administrative Accounting Specialist position is primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and supporting the administrative staff ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and any monthly or annual reports assigned. We are looking for highly motivated people who desire to work on a turkey farm that values excellent character and work ethic in the Willmar area.
Location: Blomkest, MN
Key Outcomes and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Ensure timely payments and account management
- Monthly Reports and Annual Reports: Ensure reports are completed as needed
- Provide administrative support to the administrative staff
- Other administrative duties: answer phone calls, filing, restock supplies, organization, etc.
Qualifications:
- Greater than one year of related experience or an Associate’s degree in related field
- Ability to communicate effectively. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Experience preferred with account payable functionality in accounting software
- U.S. work authorization (Required)
