Overview:
Expert clinician with CDI/coding background who works in partnership with multidisciplinary teams, including CDI/Coding, quality, senior leadership, clinical leadership & medical staff to improve the accuracy and quality of the ambulatory medical record documentation. Maintains clinical and professional competencies for subject matter expertise in ambulatory coding & clinical documentation integrity concepts. Develops and conducts medical staff education regarding accurate risk-adjustment documentation of HCCs and professional fee documentation and coding.
