As a member of the Social Media & Communications department, the Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator acts as the voice and face of our clients.
The position’s main objective is to promote the App(s) / Client(s) on social platforms, engage with users daily, and create engaging content to establish long-lasting brand loyalty, grow their fanbase, and increase their standing in the industry.
You will report to the Communications Manager and collaborate closely with the rest of the production team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends to continually drive innovative community strategies for growth
- Write and edit social post copy, optimizing for best practices across various social platforms while maintaining brand voice
- Generate concepts for social media content in collaboration with the Design team, such as graphics and similar assets
- Step into the spotlight as our on-camera personality, engage in team-based brainstorming sessions and produce captivating videos that personifies the App(s) / Client(s), focusing particularly on TikTok/Reels/Shorts
- Plan and coordinate social media calendar and schedule content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Oversee a community by actively participating on social media platforms through actions like commenting, liking, and following
- Collect social metrics and provide strategic analysis with quantitative and qualitative insights; prepare monthly progress reports for the team

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in social media coordination or a related role
- Experience working with online communities for a brand or product
- Expertise in leveraging the latest social media trends and platforms
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- A natural “people person” with a creative and data-driven mindset
