Starting Expected Salary/Commission Pay Range:

• $10.00/hour + 4% COMMISSION ON ALL SALES (average commission of $2800/month.)

HARDWORKING – Our staff members who have been here for at least one year average between $60,000 and $70,000 a year! If you’re more comfortable in a strict corporate environment, you’ll be miserable here. Retail requires hard work, but the right work ethic can produce a great living at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the best customer experience for every customer.
• Greet and demonstrate the La-Z-Boy product to every customer.
• Sell using PSS selling system.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Follow-up with every customer – before and after the sale.
• Develop sales goals for each year.
• Set strategic monthly goals.
• Meet with the general manager at beginning of the year to discuss yearly goals.
• Attend all sales meetings.
• Clean and maintain showroom.

Requirements:

• Work an estimated 40 hours a week.
• Work overtime when short-handed.
• Saturday & some holiday work required.
• Meet with the general manager monthly to discuss performance.
• Attend all sales meetings.
