Sales and Marketing Assistant

Keystone Homes is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant. This position will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales and Marketing Coordinator to assist with initiatives in the areas of marketing, sales and community involvement.

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of marketing experience, strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and will be proactive with ideas/solutions.

Job Description:

This candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating and updating content on social media platforms, including taking pictures
• Making regular website updates and additions as requested
• Assisting with events
• Assist with coordinating and executing marketing communications and presentation materials, including brochures and newsletters
• Providing graphic design projects and or coordinating with an outsourced designer for desired end result
• Update marketing database information
• Other marketing, business development and graphic design tasks as needed
• Increasing Engagement
• Content Scheduling
• Managing promo and apparel inventory

Essential Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of previous experience in marketing, digital media, social media, communications or related fields
• Self-starter with strong project management skills as well as initiative to start and work on projects independently
• Ability to work with many different teams, staff levels, and disciplines simultaneously
• Ability to work with all personality types and represent the company brand at external functions
• Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communications, including grammar and spelling
• Creative thinking in order to provide new marketing ideas
• Ability and availability to participate in networking events, some after hours
• Possess creativity
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a must
• Ability to learn CRM system
• Prior work experience in social media marketing specifically (but not limited to) Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Occasional travel is required. Approximately 15%
