Position Overview 

We have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing department to develop customer-facing, strategic campaigns that will generate excitement and revenue for the Kendra Scott brand! You’ll be tasked with creating a competitive, cohesive, and on-brand strategy through cross-departmental collaboration to meet company objectives and take advantage of peak promotional periods. The Senior Director of Brand will work on multiple, large-scale product launches, campaigns and partnerships simultaneously while partnering with the VP of Brand Marketing as the main voice of the brand for communication and company buy in.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Marketing on multi-channel launch plans and long-term momentum generating activations that achieve business targets and drive brand awareness
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Merchandising teams to develop and communicate successful brand messages and marketing campaigns

Create overarching strategy for all brand partnerships and activations that further drive brand message and resonate with our customers

• Drive the brand’s marketing initiatives through partnership with overall BrandX team
• Set objectives and KPIs for each launch plan working cross-departmentally and with the executive team to align with long-term company goals

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of current industry trends and a proactive approach to staying up to date
• 8-10 years of experience in a Brand Director role
• The ability to effectively interface and collaborate with key decision makers
• A passion for leading the delivery of dynamic, top-notch customer experiences
• An understanding of the Kendra Scott Customer and the desire to learn more
• An analytical and solutions-focused mentality
• Passion for the brand and its core values: Family, Fashion, Philanthropy
