Position Overview:
As a Digital Graphic Designer at Kendra Scott, you will be part of our in-house Creative team and report directly to the Digital Creative Manager. Our ideal candidate is a passionate designer with a strong artistic and visual eye for design as well as a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of maintaining processes and procedures at a fast-growing company. This role will have a strong focus on customer facing emails and site content creation to build an inspiring and lasting experience for our customers. Good project management skills, an excellent communication style and the ability to respond quickly to last minute changes is required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that Kendra Scott standards of design quality and creativity are reflected consistently in all materials
Create enticing, fashion forward, and revenue driving emails, web content, and digital ads
Work closely with in-house E-commerce team to understand and implement customer data and feedback
See projects through, from concept to completion
Research emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing
Update imagery, layouts, and features on website as they relate to product launches and campaigns (homepage, landing pages, product pages, email marketing etc).
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
3+ years of related professional experience developing digital assets for a retail ecommerce site
Thorough knowledge of visual design principals: graphic design, layout, typography, color and branding
Proven talent in digital and interactive design
Enjoys an enthusiastic and team-oriented, collaborative work style
Must be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented
Self-motivated
A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery, manage multiple priorities and react to quick turnarounds based on evolving business needs
A strong ability to build cross functional partnerships and work collaboratively
