Project Manager Essential Functions of the Role Include:

• Overseeing projects from start to finish.
• Initiating the RFP process/coordinating bid process.
• Manage all aspects of job including subcontractors.

Project Manager Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Proven track record of managing construction projects, commercial experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• High level of drive and motivation.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management and organizational skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
