As the Head of Sales Strategy and Enablement, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of Kasa’s portfolio. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing our sales strategy, particularly as we work to cross the chasm from early adopters to the early majority in the multifamily short-term rental market.
You will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market sales strategy across our short-term rental business lines to help us achieve our growth targets. This role requires a seasoned professional who is adept at designing a high-touch, complex sales process that fosters empathy and understanding of our customers’ needs. You will drive initiatives to train, enable and empower our sales team, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, coaching, and development to achieve their growth targets.
This is a strategic and influential role that requires a strong combination of leadership, analytical thinking, and sales expertise as well as a willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and get things done quickly and resourcefully.
