The Sr. Corporate Recruiter researches, develops and implements effective and innovate Talent Acquisition strategies to discover and attract the top talent for current and future openings at Kapco. This includes: advertising open positions, sourcing potential candidates, screening/interviewing candidates and building relationships within the company and community. This is all done to promote Kapco, create a positive experience for candidates and to build our team with the top talent!

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team as it relates to daily recruitment activities, and the overall recruitment plan.
• Partner with the Sr. Director of Talent and Internal Management team to qualify and prioritize open positions across the entire organization.
• Serve as a dedicated resource performing full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Continually source candidates and find creative ways to cultivate talent pipelines for niche skillsets via advanced sourcing, outreach, local networking and use of social media.
• Attend and participate in networking activities outside of the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to address company needs and issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, target industries and recruiting best practices.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and ensures a positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Experience recruiting for professional/technical positions; 5 or more years preferred.
• Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• Strong organization skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
