We are looking for Recruitment Professionals

Sourcing Senior Specialist

• Work with the Sourcing Manager to create and identify sourcing solutions to help address talent gap.
• Ensure that all programs under the assigned channel are monitored and measured to ensure applicability based on the current needs of the business.
• Manage the assigned sourcing channel and ensure steady flow of talents.
• Find the right talent through the use of different sourcing channels.
• Ensure fulfillment of requirements within the agreed SLA

Recruitment Specialist

• Builds quality relationship with internal customers such as the HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and or Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges and appropriate action to be able to deliver required service from the team.
• Implements strategies to ensure attainment of hiring goals of the Business Units both in areas of Timeliness and Quality.
• Ensures documentation of the processes and status of applicants; identifies gaps and improvements in the staffing process.
• Coordination of interview schedule with the hiring managers and ensures candidates are guided through the process.
• Job Offer preparation and discussion for assigned accounts.

Recruitment Team Lead

• Oversee and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Builds quality relationship with internal customers such as the HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and or Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges and appropriate action to be able to deliver required service from the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their recruitment skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

POSITION QUALIFICATION

• Preferably graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.
• At least one to four years of actual work experience relevant to the position/role applied.
• Has good decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using different sourcing channels (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Social Media Platforms etc)
• Excellent verbal and written Communications.
• Must be willing to work in a Hybrid work set-up.
• Must be willing to be based in Ortigas, Pasig. (Hybrid Work Setup)
