Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing – functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. Deliver, for Johnson and Johnson is a global organization responsible for the customer logistics services across North America, Europe Middle East and Africa, Latin America and the Asia Pacific Regions. The Function is driving Transformational changes across the business with a focus on providing a dedicated Global Segment Deliver Leadership, integrating Deliver within the core End to End Supply Chain processes and driving Deliver functional excellence all focused on enhancing our Customer Promise. The Deliver organization is dedicated to enabling the Customer Experience across our Medical Technologies businesses which are solving the most meaningful medical and healthcare needs across the globe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Leads selected strategic initiatives, programs and projects.
– Drives ongoing Deliver portfolio governance to manage the overall health of the full breadth of ETH/CSS projects and initiatives: Strategic projects, New Products Introduction, Cost Improvement, Acquisitions and Divestitures, and Customer collaboration priorities.
– Coordinates Deliver Long Range Financial Plan and Strategic Roadmap for global ETH/CSS Deliver.
– Drives ETH/CSS Deliver Franchise performance management aggregation and reporting.
– Be the Chief Staff for the Global ETH/CSS Deliver Team. Orchestrate communication, change management and Credo initiatives.
– Own the deployment of selected Deliver Capabilities and develop Deliver Digital Roadmap.
– Drives financial efficiency by identifying value creation opportunities, providing innovative options and coordinating the franchise component of the implementation of new end to end solutions.
– Drives business process/cost/service improvements needed to enhance business results by supporting implementation of opportunities.
– Mature Deliver integration into core global planning processes (e.g., Short Term Event Management, new product introduction, strategic capacity planning, manufacturing network and Integrated Business Planning).
– Develop staff to ensure seamless succession of well-trained and experienced leaders prepared to advance organizational capabilities and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
– Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
– MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
– Minimum of 8 years of overall business experience is required, preferably focused on Customer Service, Operations, Planning, Strategy and management of large programs.
– Shown success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and timelines.
– Demonstrated impact in increasingly sophisticated leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and leadership by influence; End to End mentality and collaboration.
– Good understanding of core Order Fulfillment processes (Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation)
– Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
PREFERRED:
– Minimum of 5 years managerial experience representing Supply Chain or a function in Leadership Teams.
– Strong planning and systems understanding (Order to Cash, digital, tracking & Warehouse systems) with demonstrated track record of execution.
– Shown Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.

OTHER:
– This position requires up to 15% domestic and international travel.
