John Zink Hamworthy Combustion, a Koch Engineered Solutions Company, is looking for a contribution focused Sr. Project Procurement Manager! Your role is to oversee and manage all procurement activities related to projects within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for project execution. Your focus will be on optimizing supplier selection, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process from start to finish. By effectively managing project procurement, you will contribute to the successful completion of projects within budget and schedule constraints.

What You Will Do
Collaborate, develop, and implement with project execution teams on project specific strategies aligned with overall organizational goals and project requirements.
Plan and schedule procurement activities to ensure timely availability of goods and services during project execution.
Identify and select qualified suppliers through the utilization of competitive bidding tools and structured supplier evaluation processes.
Regularly evaluate supplier performance, monitor compliance with contract terms, and address any performance issues or disputes.
Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitioning, supplier selection, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, specifications, and supplier proposals to facilitate informed decision-making.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement through effective negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience in supplier management, procurement, or related role.
Experience with negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in using supplier management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required. (up to 25%)
What Will Put You Ahead
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering related field or equivalent procurement experience.
CPM, CPIM, PMP Certification
Five years of supplier relationship management experience.
