Responsibilities :

As an IT Specialist in our construction firm, your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You will :

. Design, implement, and manage secure and efficient networks, ensuring they meet the needs of our dynamic construction environment.

. Troubleshoot network and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions to prevent recurrence.

. Oversee the management and security of our databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for key stakeholders.

. Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT requirements and devise solutions that enhance their productivity and efficiency.

. Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our systems and processes.

. Conduct regular system audits and generate comprehensive reports on IT infrastructure status.

. Train staff on new technologies and systems, ensuring they are able to use them effectively.

. Provide technical support and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of IT competence and awareness.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
