OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

This role supports the Merchandising function across retail, wholesale and international partner business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run hindsight data to help inform seasonal performance and data points for building future collections line architecture
• Create and maintain all necessary merchandising tools → A few examples listed below:
  • Style Pipeline by division / gender / category
  • Buy Plans / Assortment files
  • Cad / Line sheet Maintenance
  • Sampling Documents
  • Product Knowledge
  • Pricing / Margin Reports
  • Monthly budgeting/booking report
• System Uploads & Maintenance
  • UPC
  • Pricing
  • NuOrder Linesheets
• Communications:
  • Daily communication to key cross functional teams: examples listed below:
    • ​​​​​​​Line changes/updates
    • Meeting scheduling
    • Milestone deadlines
• Other duties assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field

EXPERIENCE

• Heavy reporting, and systems maintenance 
• Ability to navigate in fast paced deadline-oriented environment 
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some merchandising experience a plus, but not required
