We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Analyst in Charlotte, NC to support our Program Management Team.  
 
As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for cost control and schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll support the program controls manager with cost reporting, updates, and presentations as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in construction field
• Project cost controls and scheduling experience required
• Experience with reviewing proposals, change orders and invoices from Contractors, Architects and Consultants
• Experience with Primavera & Prolog software
• Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis
