JAC Products Looking for Human Resources Generalist at Archbold, Ohio Full Time

Human Resources GeneralistJAC Products has an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join the team in our new 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.

Your Contributions

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting, including planning, posting, interviewing and selection of candidates
• Optimize utilization of contract labor and staffing services
• Conduct onboarding activities, including orientation, training, and system information management
• Drive Employee Relations efforts, including Employee Engagement events and administration of employee relations
• Maintain confidential employee records, administer benefits and payroll, and promote employee engagement

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience working with an HRIS; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer orientation
• Proven time management skills and knowledge of HR and employment laws
