IT Human Resources Looking for QA Lead – Magento (100% remote) at Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid Full Time

I need a QA Lead with Magento experience in Spain or Portugal, for a freelance position.

-Minimum 5 years QA experience and 2 years Magento Experience

-2 Years of team lead experience

Strong functional understanding of E-commerce testing for core platform and integrations

Experience with end-to-end systems integration testing within an E-commerce platform.

Familiar with defect tracking tool such as JIRA and familiar with Test management tools (eg JIRA XRay)

Experienced in developing test cases, test scenarios in both Front End and Back End testing

Experienced to guide a team and unblock issues to enable everyone to perform on their best level

Work with business and technical Subject Matter Experts for validation and verification of functional specifications and business end-to-end requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Should be compatible to work with onsite and offshore model to meet aggressive timelines and should ready to work in shift on need basis

Experience on Agile Methodology such as Scrum (Must Have)

Have the attitude to feel responsible for the quality of the application
