IST Management is seeking our next Office Services – Mail Room Coordinator to join the Boston team! The Office Services – Mail Room Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a large office’s incoming and outgoing mail and package workflow, in addition to other support services on-site daily. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a mail room, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism, and are ready to grow in their office services career! This is a large location, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth!

Hourly Compensation: $20.00 – $22.50/HR USD
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee a centralized Mail Room, in a large office.
Responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing mail/packages, utilizing IST’s proprietary software programs.
Work order entry into IST’s proprietary software programs, as well as the building management’s tracking program.
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Ordering office supplies and managing the overall office supply process
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross-training
Adhere to all safety procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Being detail oriented is a must quality, in our ideal candidate.
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy
A valid drivers license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
Lifting up to 55 pounds
