About Healthcare:
The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
What makes this role important at Ipsos?
We are currently looking to recruit a proactive and motivated Senior Research Analyst (SRA) within the Therapy Monitors team, which is part of the wider Healthcare specialism. The Therapy Monitors team works primarily on patient chart review studies, but also cover conference research and patient communities. As a SRA, you will be an effective member of the team, leading in the design, set up and data analysis of our Therapy Monitors in virology, autoimmune, rare diseases or emerging research. You would be expected to ensure all aspects of the job are completed to demanding deadlines, from helping set-up new waves of the study and being the main point of contact for clients, through to analyzing complex data and leading client presentations. All work should be completed to a high standard.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of pharmaceutical clients, whilst developing an expert knowledge of multiple therapy areas. You will therefore need to have a flexible approach when dealing with multiple different requests and pull on in-depth knowledge of the therapy area to provide consultancy advice to our increasingly demanding clients.
What you can expect to be doing:
* Significant experience working on international, multi-country, quantitative research projects in antiviral, autoimmune, rare diseases, cardiovascular, vaccines or respiratory (>3 years)
* A passion for developing knowledge of multiple other therapy areas
* Experience with being the main point of contact for clients on key projects
* Experience in managing and training junior team members (delegating tasks; allocating resources; coaching and mentoring; setting objectives and targets, and monitoring training and development)
* Experience with presenting and making recommendations to multi-disciplined client teams (e.g. marketing, management and clinical teams)
* Experience supporting senior team members to win new business and develop new products
* Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
* Experience in quantitative research, especially quantitative diary studies, and a strong understanding of data analysis
* Experience working on trackers and using database software e.g. SPSS to analyze large amounts of data
* Detail orientated; ability to check work thoroughly showing good attention to detail
* Experience in picking out the most insightful points from large amounts of quantitative data
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to use different communication styles according to the ‘audience’ whether that be a Global client or country affiliate or similarly Brand managers, Medical affairs or Clinical teams
* Experience managing multiple clients and projects, and working to tight deadlines

The salary range for this role in New York, NY is $58,500 to $90,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
