Company Background
IntraCare, centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, is expanding rapidly. IntraCare’s remarkable journey began in January 2014 when Premier Patient Healthcare founded its accountable care organization (ACO) for Medicare Part A and Part B patients. In January 2016, IntraCare entered the MA product line of business. In January 2017, the company continued to grow and diversify its services, establishing the Premier Care Community MSSP ACO. These legacy portfolios enabled IntraCare to partner with over 350 affiliate primary care providers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. In December 2022, IntraCare further expanded its footprint by acquiring 9 primary care clinics employing more than 20 providers. As of August 2023, IntraCare employes over 40 providers and continues to seek partner physicians through acquisition.
Because of IntraCares’ success in 2022, the company combined its legacy MSSP ACOs to form IntraCare Premier ACO, an enhanced Medicare ACO.
In July 2023, IntraCare partnered with ApolloMed (NASDAQ: AMEH), deploying our joint Value-Based Care (VBC) platforms enabling IntraCare providers to participate in the ACO REACH program. IntraCare is expected to reach 27 owned primary care clinics in early 2024 with 65 employed providers and more than 350 affiliate providers further expanding our MSSP and MA lives portfolio.
