Our highly trained staff includes registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (“TAS”), you will be responsible for attracting top talent to join the leading Home Health Agency in Massachusetts. In this hybrid position, you can work from home several days a week and will coordinate office days based on the needs of your customers (managers and candidates) as well as meetings or events.
Using your recruiting skills and in partnership with the Clinical Leadership, you will manage the full recruitment life-cycle for your assigned territory, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, applicant tracking, and requisition management. We believe strongly that employee retention goes hand-in-hand with recruiting. You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with all employees to help ensure tenure and longevity within the Company.
The Talent Acquisition team continually identifies, develops, and implements new recruiting strategies to adapt to the current job market. As a member of this team, you would be encouraged to bring your new ideas and creative recruiting strategies to the role.
