Job Title: Nurse/Healthcare Recruiter
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team in a C2H position. The Nurse Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record in recruitment.
The TA Team/Recruiter must be able to attract candidate using various sources, such as social media, local networks, and employee referrals.
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
· Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified nursing candidates.
· Proactively reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
2. Screening and Evaluation:
· Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organization’s values.
· Evaluate candidates’ clinical skills, certifications, and licensure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
· Work closely with nursing managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
4. Interview Coordination:
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
· Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates following interviews.
5. Candidate Relationship Management:
· Cultivate positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Manages third-party agencies and temporary employment agencies.
· Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide guidance on the onboarding process.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies in the recruitment process.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
7. Market Research and Trends:
· Stay informed about trends and developments in the healthcare and nursing recruitment landscape.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
