Job Description

• Employer branding in social media, utilization of LinkedIn and Profesia, organization of local campaigns, make IKEA Industry visible on local labor market,
• Recruitment and onboarding of all types of positions with support of P&C
• Cooperation with agencies and headhunters – negotiation of conditions, secure IWAY, preparing contracts, focus on different sources in and outside of Slovakia
• Harmonize ways of working with agencies
• Cooperation with universities, high schools, run the vocational trainings in the factories
• Review the recruitment and onboarding process in all factories
• Lead the upskilling and re-skilling processesof co-workers
• Implement the skill matrix process in factories
• Support all leaders in Talent review process

Qualifications

You are passionate about people, you can discover their talents and you help them with the next development. You are open and communicative personality with excellent organisational skills. You like IKEA and also production. We would appreciate previous experience with recruiting and onboarding in personnel agency or experience with recruitment campaigns in industrial units. As the English is our company language you will use it daily. University education connected with psychology, andragogy, social sciences is welcome.
