Position Summary
Starting in 2014, J.W. Tull has experienced exponential growth over the past several years. As a result,J.W. Tull is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership tothe Sales and Operations teams, and the organization as a whole with a focus on, financial management, and internal operations in support of continuing growth, organizational sustainability, and current and emergent services.
The COO role calls for strategic thinking coupled with the ability to see efforts through to implementation.It requires analytical and critical thinking skills to support decision-making. Strong communication andleadership skills are a must. The position also requires budgeting, project and people management skills, and experience in all phases of the residential construction industry. The individual filling this role must have a deep respect for the values and creative approaches that J.W. Tull pursues.
Working closely with J.W. Tull’s relatively small, highly engaged staff, and consultants, the COO will be expected to help guide and manage the organization as it continues to hone its strategies, evaluate itseffectiveness, and deepen its impact. The COO is expected to be familiar with all services and keep themselves abreast of developments in the construction industry.

J. W. Tull operates in PA, DE and MD. Administrative offices are 1203 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809 Travel between sites is required therefore a valid travel license is required.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this role begins at $125,000 with a competitive benefits and bonus package.
