The Logistics and Compliance Coordinator will support the successful delivery of HUGO BOSS product to our Wholesale and Retail partners across the U.S. domestic market. The coordinators’ role is necessary for maintaining the day-to-day tactical needs of the Domestic Transport Team. This position will also be responsible for interfacing and collaborating with internal and external business partners with a focus on delivering superior results.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Track and trace small parcel shipments to all US locations (International and Domestic).

• Create files for all inbound small parcel shipments with required shipping documents and invoices

• Freight Audit and Payment – Partner with our 3rd Party firm, Freight Control to audit freight expense and allocate costs to proper GL accounts.

• Code domestic freight invoices and audit for cost savings, dispute discrepancies. (FedEx, Saia, UPS, Forward Air, T Force Freight ETC;) and file claims.

• Build relationships with wholesale transportation teams regarding pickup delays caused by their selected carriers.

• Additional projects and initiatives as identified by the business.

• Work and communicate with co-workers to achieve common goals.

Your profile:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a distribution center environment

• Previous experience with SAP (AFS, EWM) preferred

• Previous experience in an apparel/retail environment preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• The ability to think systematically; excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• The ability to work in cross functional team environment
