HUFF & Co. Looking for Public Relations Coordinator at Atlanta, GA Full Time

We are hiring!

HUFF & Co, a boutique agency with a focus on PR and strategic partnerships, is looking for an eager public relations coordinator. Our clients are FUN and range from food, beverage, film, interior design, art and more. Applicants should be self-starters, strong writers, willing to work hard, high energy and have excellent people skills. While we have high standards and produce excellent work for our clients, we also value work-life balance and encourage employees to travel and pursue passions outside of the office. Our performance isn’t quantified by the number of hours spent, but by value-driven results.

Candidate qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of direct work/internship experience in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or related field
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with media and influencers – demonstrated experience executing public relations campaigns that produce significant results 
• Experience with the Muckrack platform a strong plus
• A bold and progressive thinker who fuels creativity
• Eager to shepherd projects from ideation to completion
• A strong writer and written communicator
• Self-motivated
• Ability to thrive and remain and calm in a fast-paced environment working under deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities
• Timely, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Self-aware and receptive to feedback
• Demonstrated experience executing public relations campaigns that produce significant results 
• Client relations or customer service skills 
• Natural ability and interest in staying on top of relevant trends and hot topics 
• Strong organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and imagination

Day to Day:

• Support and drive day-to-day client activity 

• Build an understanding and knowledge of client objectives and the competitive landscape.

• Provide high-touch client service

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media and know what it takes to drive media coverage for clients. 

• Have a solid understanding of how to identify, engage and partner with influencers.

• Participate in new business efforts
