Day in the Life:
The Targeted Marketing Direct Mail Manager reports into the Targeted Marketing Senior Manager and will be a key contributor to building a purpose-driven brand. This individual is an analytical thinker who will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the development and accurate execution of direct mail content from end-to-end. They will support the Targeted Marketing Senior Manager to ensure the Direct Mail program has strong strategies, customer journeys and is continually optimized through the use of analytics. They will strive to increase profitability through collaborative and measured use of integrated, multi-channel marketing practices and tools. They will derive insights from results and share recommendations with the broader marketing teams. They will serve as an advocate for targeted marketing best practices for The Bay internally. This individual will own and accelerate the personalization and segmentation strategy.
