What This Position is All About:
The DVP, Divisional Planning Manager reporting to the SVP, Merchandise Planning is responsible for driving financial results that maximize sales, profitability and inventory productivity for Hudson’s Bay. The role’s responsibilities includes overseeing the development and successful execution of store financial plans, merchandise allocation & replenishment and store porotype work. With over 85 locations, this role is a vital part of the Organization helping to shape and reimagine our footprint across Canada along the customer journey. The Divisional Planning Manager will supervise, train and develop a high-performance team of Merchandise Planners and their respective Assistant Planners.
