Day in the Life:
As an Analyst, Merchandising Systems Support you will be a key contributor to the growth of The Bay merchandising systems as the company increasingly improves to meet the ever changing retail market demands. The role will initially focus on application support allowing you to learn our applications, business flows and processes that are critical to The Bay’s success. Over time your role will increase to include defining, developing and implementing changes to the existing applications with a focus on increasing business functionality, stabilizing operations and reducing ongoing issues. Our merchandising systems are a mixture of off-the-shelf, in-house and SaaS (Software as a Service) applications covering a variety of different technology sets. We are looking for members who are accomplished in one of our key technologies but ready to learn others to become a leader on our team.
