Day in the Life:
The Visual Manager is responsible for directing store teams and ensuring the consistent implementation of all Visual Merchandising initiatives and standards. To drive alignment and results, the VM will work in partnership with the Director of Visual and Regional Vice President to create an inviting and dynamic shopping environment. Collaborate with merchants on merchandise strategy. The VM must demonstrate strong leadership in directing General Managers within their region to drive timely execution of fashion trends, launches, and everyday standards. The VM is accountable for executing timely new store openings and renovations within their region and must possess the ability to create strong partnerships with Operations, Store Design, Regional Vice Presidents, General Managers and Construction team.
