About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, increasing website traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing our overall online presence. The key responsibility will be to support our Marketing Department to create content such as ads, posts, articles, and one-pagers.
Essentially we are looking for someone who can take a brief, research the topic, produce excellent content, and make sure it is promoted adequately to the relevant audience (internal and external). This person would report directly to the Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Writing short and long-form content (posts, ebooks, whitepapers, website)
- Producing sales material based on brief
- Interviewing industry experts
- Execution of email marketing campaigns, including A/B tests, segmenting lists, and tracking campaign performance
- Implementation and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media management, content creation, and data analysis
- Managing and growing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with our online community
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of SaaS to develop effective digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools
- Data analysis and comfortable working with tools like GA4, Hubspot, Salesforce or similar platforms
- The ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable working with these topics:
- Social Media copy + Scheduling
- Grabbing stats from Linkedin for social tracking
- Newsletter copy and schedule
- File management (compressing, uploading and labeling)
- Content distribution outreach
- Podcast outreach. Podcast edits
- LP copy and promo copy for content.
- Banner copy
