Holman Enterprises Looking for Human Resources Specialist at Mount Laurel, New Jersey Full Time

Holman Enterprises is a diverse automotive services company that is made up of six operating businesses – including automotive dealerships across the country, a leasing and auto retail finance company, an auto parts distributorship, a truck up-fitting business, a full-service insurance brokerage, and the largest privately owned fleet leasing and management company in the world.

• HR Specialist

Support the HR function, managing general administrative duties, interacting and responding to employee inquiries, and providing direct support to the HR department across all Holman businesses.

Essential Functions

• Primary daily pandemic support to employees and hiring managers; including contacting employees, tracking cases, and communicating with internal stakeholders
• Responsible for reviewing and approving requests in HRIS (Workday) and employee requests through general HR mailbox
• Upload and maintain employee files (OnBase)
• Support completion of employee processes (performance reviews, training requests, form acknowledgement, etc.)
• Responsible for the timely and accurate production of requested HR reports
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Human Resources Support (HRS) team members, the Human Resources department, employees, and other internal customers
