• HR Specialist
Support the HR function, managing general administrative duties, interacting and responding to employee inquiries, and providing direct support to the HR department across all Holman businesses.
Primary daily pandemic support to employees and hiring managers; including contacting employees, tracking cases, and communicating with internal stakeholders
Responsible for reviewing and approving requests in HRIS (Workday) and employee requests through general HR mailbox
Upload and maintain employee files (OnBase)
Support completion of employee processes (performance reviews, training requests, form acknowledgement, etc.)
Responsible for the timely and accurate production of requested HR reports
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Human Resources Support (HRS) team members, the Human Resources department, employees, and other internal customers

Ability to transition between tasks with consistency and accuracy
Able to assimilate, collate and record information, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy in performing routine document checks and data input
