Hoffman’s Exterminating has an open position for a Business Account Specialist that would cover our Northern Delaware and Pennsylvania branches.

The Commercial Account Specialist is responsible for generating new commercial business in the assigned territory and will help steward our existing commercial customer base.

Hoffman’s covers the cost for Pest Control licensing, tests, and recertification hours.

Requirements:
Protected accounts that will continue to generate commissions for multiple years
Build commercial customer relationships for long-term growth
Have strong Networking skills using Chambers and other Associations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
Strong follow-up and closing skills
Ability to sell a wide range of pest solutions
Ability to effectively prescribe pest solutions to clients through site visits
Structured technical pest training will be provided
Ability to follow SOP’s and all State and Federal laws
