Position Summary
The role provides a vision and strategic leadership to drive hotel performance, brand health ramp up, compliance and supports over 600 hotels with 10 brands.
Reporting to the Regional Head Brand Management EMEA, this position is responsible for leading and managing the team of 4 Senior Managers – team of 15.
Working with hotel leadership and Hilton internal business partners to develop and implement successful and measurable remote support programs via a productize approach. Define work streams and processes to drive commercial performance, driving guest loyalty & service culture, increasing profitability, and executing brand and enterprise-wide business objectives.
Providing tools and products to drive guest experience, team member engagement, brand operations and commercial tools expertise, utilising brand resources and brand education tools.
Foster and maintain positive relationships between the brands leadership, Hilton operational leaders, Director of Franchise support directors whilst supporting related projects and initiatives.
Overall objective is to implementing Customer Promise, drive brand reputation and performance to contribute towards our long-term goals for Net Unit Growth (NUG) and to keep our brands attractive to investors.
Position is office based (Watford) with regular travel within EMEA. The position is part of the EMEA Brand senior leadership team.
