Position Statement
Reporting to the Vice President of Feasibility & Investment Analysis for Europe, Middle East and Africa, the position represents our ‘Europe lead’ role within the wider dual-hub F&IA EMEA team, co-located between London and Dubai. Based at our Watford/London offices, the Director will manage local Team Members and lead our hotel development & related support efforts principally in Europe but also beyond, working closely together with fellow F&IA EMEA Team Members in Dubai, as well as cross-functionally collaborating throughout the wider business to achieve continued excellence & optimal support among our various business partnerships. The position plays a critical role in our strategic priority of enhancing our Network Effect, supporting high-quality hotel development & related growth across EMEA, and globally.
Position Summary
The Feasibility & Investment Analysis team is the official underwriting group at Hilton, a key pillar in the hotel development and related processes, providing consistent, unbiased analysis, and fulfilling an important governance role. The team is anchored by sound judgement, superior knowledge, exemplary professionalism, and exceptional technical skills.
As a Director, you will manage our Feasibility & Investment Analysis presence in Europe, including the group’s various stakeholder relationships, across one of our most diverse geographies. The position requires the successful candidate to have solid team leadership skills; effective time- and project-management abilities; show enthusiasm for collaboration with other functions; and be able to operate with a sense of urgency and discipline.
The position, directing relevant resources but also acting individually, will provide support to Development, Real Estate & Asset Management and other key functions. Such support typically involves F&IA-produced pro formas/projections; deal valuations; and further supporting activities involving but not limited to analysing, structuring, evaluating, and negotiating a wide range of business issues and potential transactions, focusing on the impact vis-a-vis the economics of Hilton Worldwide (HLT) and its partners.
